Difie M. Osborne

Difie Osborne is an associate in the firm's Casualty Group where she represents clients in the areas of trucking and transportation, personal injury and property damage litigation in state and federal courts. She also has experience defending matters involving general liability, premises liability and New York construction labor law matters throughout various stages of litigation.

Difie's past experiences include representing plaintiffs in complex litigation matters in state and federal court, including but not limited to, drafting pleadings, motion practice, preparing for and attending mediation. She began her legal career as a fellow with a federal government agency.

Difie graduated from William and Mary School of Law in 2013 and obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Government from the University of Virginia in 2008. While in law school, Difie served on the William & Mary Business Law Review and was recognized as a Benjamin Rush Scholar. She also interned for the Honorable Jacqueline D. Williams during law school.
