Digisha R. Bhavsar

Digisha is an associate in WSHB’s New Jersey office, where she handles complex civil litigation, including employment, medical malpractice and healthcare law, pharmaceutical and medical devices, product liability, and cybersecurity and data privacy matters. Digisha is also experienced in handling business litigation and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Digisha clerked for the Honorable William Anklowitz, J.S.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court, Mercer County. She was admitted to practice law in New Jersey after graduating from Seton Hall Law School, where she was a member of the nationally ranked Interscholastic Moot Court Board.

While at Seton Hall Law, she worked for MetLife where she handled real estate and securities investments. During her time at Bristol-Myers Squibb she focused on strategic corporate transactions. Prior to practicing law, Digisha was a commercial risk analyst.

Digisha received her B.A. in Psychology, Political Science, and Economics from Rutgers University. While at Rutgers, she was an executive board member of the Rutgers RHA and a teaching assistant at the Eagleton Institute of Politics.

Digisha is a member of the South Asian Bar Association, and is fluent in Gujarati.
