Donald C. Works III

Donald Works is a Principal in the Orlando, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Mr. Works defends employers in connection with discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims and wage and hour collective actions.

As a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), he also works closely with in house counsel and human resource professionals to conduct HR audits, develop employment agreements and implement personnel policies. Mr. Works has also earned the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation.

Mr. Works is a frequent speaker on a variety of labor and employment law topics and conducts compliance training for management on discrimination, harassment and wage and hour issues.
