Dongdoo Choi

Dongdoo Choi is a shareholder in our International Arbitration and Litigation Practice, focusing on international disputes and arbitration. He has handled cases under most major institutional rules and ad-hoc UNCITRAL Rules. His dispute resolution experience involves a wide range of subject matters including M&A, joint ventures, intellectual property, shipbuilding, infrastructure, foreign investment, commodity transactions, and sports. He also often handles litigation matters in the United States and represents clients in negotiations in their strategic corporate projects and government investigations.

Dongdoo authored several published papers on international arbitration, which have been cited and referenced as authority in procedural disputes in international arbitration.
