ABOUT Doriyon C. Glass
Doriyon C. Glass is an Associate in the Cleveland, Ohio, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in a variety of labor and employment-related matters, including employment discrimination, retaliation, and harassment, with a particular focus in collegiate and professional sports.
While attending law school, Ms. Glass was a research assistant for the American Law Institute, assisting on the Restatement (Third) of Torts. She was a member of the Editorial Staff for the Wake Forest Journal of Business & Intellectual Property Law and a Visiting Editor for the University of Bologna Law Review. Ms. Glass was a member of the Black Law Student Association’s Trial Team, and she and her team were regional finalists and national qualifiers in the 2017 Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition. During her final year of law school, Ms. Glass won the Black Law Student Association’s Scholarship Essay Contest for her piece “Reclaiming Our Time.”
After her second year of law school, Ms. Glass worked as a summer clerk in the Jackson Lewis Summer Clerk Program for the Cleveland office. During her final year of law school, Ms. Glass worked as a legal extern for a boutique labor and employment law firm in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
During her time at Gannon University, Ms. Glass served as a captain of the women’s basketball team. In 2013, she and her team won the Atlantic Regional Championship and competed in the Division II Elite Eight. During her final year at Gannon University, Ms. Glass worked as a paralegal for a small general practice firm in Erie, Pennsylvania, where she assisted in matters of discrimination, civil rights, and criminal law.
