Douglas J. Hoffman

Douglas J. Hoffman is a Principal in the Boston, Massachusetts, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on employment litigation.

Mr. Hoffman is an experienced litigator with substantial proficiency in wage and hour matters and class actions. He regularly counsels clients, particularly in the restaurant and transportation industries, with respect to day-to-day employment issues, including their rights and obligations under federal and state employment laws. Mr. Hoffman has represented clients in many types of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, misclassification, and overtime and other wage and hour matters, both at the trial court and appellate levels.
