ABOUT Dr. Martin Hamer
Martin Hamer is a partner in the Infrastructure Group in Germany. He focuses on public planning and building law matters as well as environmental, energy and climate protection matters. Martin represents clients in complex land development projects, procedures with public authorities and law suits. In addition, he advises on public law and regulatory matters in corporate and real estate transactions. Amongst his clients are private equity funds, project developers and housing companies. Martin also advises governments and business associations.
Prior to joining the firm, Martin worked as a partner at Olswang in Berlin and spent more than ten years with the environmental, planning and regulatory group at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
