focuses her practice in commercial real estate and finance. She serves as a team lead for the Duane Morris Banking and Finance industry group .

Ms. Sodhi represents financial institutions and investors in a wide array of financing transactions, ranging from acquisition loans, construction loans and other real-estate secured loans to asset-based loans, premium financings and complicated commercial loans. Her experience includes advising both agent banks and participants, and drafting and negotiating complex intercreditor agreements, participation agreements and subordination agreements. She also advises clients in connection with loan restructurings, workouts and settlements, and loan, judgment and “REO” purchase/sale transactions.

Ms. Sodhi also represents clients in the acquisition, disposition and development of all asset types, including hotel, residential and mixed-use projects. She is experienced in drafting and negotiating purchase and sale documentation, as well as in conducting due diligence analysis and resolution of complex title and survey matters.

Ms. Sodhi is a 2002 graduate, with honors, of Emory University School of Law, where she was executive articles editor of the International Law Journal, and a magna cum laude graduate of Boston College.
