Elaine Le

Elaine Le, Esq. joined Hoover Krepelka in March 2020. Ms. Le is a fierce and compassionate family law advocate with a high degree of integrity. Early in her career, Ms. Le practiced bankruptcy law before fully devoting herself to family law in 2015. She is dedicated to her clients and passionate about aiding them through one of the most difficult times of their lives.

Ms. Le graduated from UCLA in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with minors in Political Science and Music History. She received her Juris Doctorate in 2010 from the University of La Verne, College of Law, and was admitted to the California State Bar during the same year. During her time at law school, Ms. Le served on the board for several organizations, including Secretary of the Student Bar Association, Secretary of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and a Founding Board Member of the Women's Legal Society. While at the University of La Verne, Ms. Le made Dean's list, earned a CALI Award in Lawyering Skills Practicum and received a Student of Distinction Award during her final year.

Ms. Le enjoys volunteering and giving back to the local community as an active member of the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Northern California where she served as the Community Service Co-Chair overseeing the association's San Jose Legal Clinic. Ms. Le is an avid reader that enjoys rocking out at concerts, immersing herself in classic Jimmy Stewart movies, and traveling the world in hopes of satisfying her wanderlust.
