ABOUT Eric S. Aronson
Eric S. Aronson is a business oriented trial lawyer with broad experience in both trial and appellate courts. He has tried cases in federal and state courts all over the country and has handled domestic and international arbitrations. He has argued appeals in numerous U.S. Circuit Courts and is admitted to practice before the Second, Third and Eighth Circuits, as well as the United States Court of International Trade.
Mr. Aronson handles a wide variety of litigation and routinely counsels both public and private companies and their management teams on issues such as securities, environmental, construction and intellectual property. Mr. Aronson’s approach focuses on problem solving, and he is currently handling matters for financial institutions, closely held corporations, real estate developers, leading pharmaceutical companies, and various private equity groups and their portfolio companies. He has experience in class actions, mass toxic torts, shareholder, telecommunications, environmental, insurance coverage, and general commercial and contractual disputes, and on trade issues before the International Trade Commission and the United States Court of International Trade. Mr. Aronson also advises companies and their management on risk management and litigation avoidance.
