Erik R. Musurlian

Early in life Mr. Musurlian learned the value of a good work ethic from his father while working in the family owned business in the construction industry. It seems only natural that Mr. Musurlian has spent a good portion of his legal career defending the interests of residential and commercial developers and general contractors in construction litigation related cases.

While growing up in San Diego, Mr. Musurlian earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California at San Diego and his law degree from the University of San Diego. Joining Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson and Haluck, LLP in 1998, Mr. Musurlian has focused on obtaining good results through hard work and creative thinking. Subscribing to the mantras that you don’t put your name on something you’re not proud of and that the first step to mediocrity is complacency, Mr. Musurlian has and continues to refine his skills as a litigator.

Mr. Musurlian has been a partner based in Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck, LLP’s Irvine office since 2002 and has handled cases throughout the country while focusing his practice in state of California. His practice areas include all aspects of development and construction, business litigation, insurance coverage, premises liability and products liability. Mr. Musurlian also acts as National Coordinating Counsel for Large Loss Cases for a top ten national homebuilder.

Mr. Musurlian is a frequent speaker on construction litigation issues including insurance coverage and has spoken at nationwide seminars for the following organizations: Defense Research Institute, HB Litigation Conferences, MC Consultants’ Construction Law Seminars, Mealey Publications & Perrin Conferences.
