Erin L. Crane

Erin Crane’s litigation practice includes a variety of complex matters in both state and federal courts. Erin assists our national insurance coverage practice by advising and representing domestic and international insurers on first-party property (Homeowner’s and Commercial), commercial general liability, construction defect, and professional errors and omission claims. Erin has successfully litigated a wide variety of first-party and third-party insurance cases, including the interpretation of policy provisions and exclusions, quantum disputes, catastrophes, bad faith, and extra-contractual claims.

Erin received her undergraduate degrees in English, Spanish, and Political Science from the University of Indiana, and her law degree cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, Erin served as a board member of the Appellate Moot Court and participated in the San Diego International Law Journal. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Nita L. Stormes in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
