Frank Cole

Frank Cole is a partner in the firm’s Jacksonville office.

Frank received his Bachelor’s degree in 1981 from Florida State University and his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University in 1985. His practice areas include Defense of Personal Injury, Automobile Negligence, Products Liability, Premises Liability, Admiralty, Trucking Liability, Inland Marine and Road Construction Liability. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar, Jacksonville Bar Association, Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel, Jacksonville Claims Association, Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute and the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Frank’s bar memberships include the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court: Northern, Southern, and Middle Districts of Florida. Although exclusively maintaining a General Liability practice, his exposure to catastrophic Workers Compensation accidents has enabled him to develop special expertise in the area of Coverage B/Employers Liability. Frank grew up working in the marine transportation industry delivering heavy construction equipment throughout the Eastern Seaboard, Bahamas and Gulf of Mexico. Through his experience, he gained invaluable “hands-on” knowledge which provides him with an added advantage in Maritime, Construction and Products cases. He is also an avid saltwater fisherman and maintains a United State Coast Guard Captains License.
