Gabrielle Pellemans

Gabrielle is an experienced trial attorney in criminal defense, who now brings her litigation expertise to CSK.

She has spent the past four years as an Assistant Public Defender in the 9th Judicial Circuit in Orlando, the last three of which were in the Felony Division. Routinely representing hundreds of cases, she spent most of her time working up and preparing cases by investigating and conducting depositions, or in the courtroom, successfully defending her clients through evidentiary hearings and trials.

Gabrielle previously interned at the Florida Parole Commission, the state Attorney’s Office, 9th Judicial Circuit, and in the private sector representing the defense.

A proud Nole, Gabrielle received her Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University. She earned her Juris Doctorate with a Certificate of Honors in Litigation from Barry University School of Law.

Throughout her tenure at Barry, she was elected and served as a Governor for the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, Law Student Division, as well as a Senator for the Student Bar Association. During this time, she represented her fellow law students, organizing and hosting various speaking and charitable events for the community at large.

Gabrielle was born in The Netherlands, and holds both Dutch and American citizenship
