Graham T. Musynske

Graham T. Musynske, joined the firm in 2017 as an associate in the Garden City office. Graham concentrates his practice on the defense of doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, and associated staff in a broad spectrum of medical malpractice actions.

He has numerous years of experience in litigating complex matters from inception through the point of trial, as he has devoted his entire legal career to the defense of healthcare practitioners.

Additionally, through his work in law school with a Fortune 500 Distributor of medical supplies and office based software, Graham is able to offer legal assistance with respect to a variety of questions concerning healthcare privacy, HIPAA compliance, and HITECH compliance - both from a practitioner and patient based perspective.

He is a member of the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association, Young Attorneys Section, and has been working with local area political campaigns since college.
