Gregory Lower

Mr. Lower is a Partner in the firm’s Jacksonville office. He has over 30 years of experience representing employers, insurance carriers and third party administrators In Florida Workers’ Compensation matters, appeals and subrogation claims. He is admitted to practice in all Florida Courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Jacksonville Bar Association and Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar. He is also a Mater in the E. Robert Williams American Inn of Court in Jacksonville, Florida.

Mr. Lower has been Board Certified in Workers’ Compensation Law by the Florida Bar since 1998. He is also AV rated by Martindale Hubbell which is their highest legal competency rating. He is also a frequent lecturer on Florida Workers’ Compensation Law topics.

Mr. Lower graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Mississippi School of Law.
