Hans Chua

is a Senior Associate in the Corporate department of Duane Morris & Selvam's Singapore office. His practice covers a broad range of transactional matters across a variety of industries, with particular emphasis on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments.

Hans has extensive experience advising clients on structuring, negotiating and closing complex corporate and commercial transactions across the Asia Pacific and South East Asian region and regularly collaborates with counsel in numerous jurisdictions across the globe. His clients include investment funds, leading multinational corporations, public listed companies as well as SMEs and start-ups. Hans focuses on providing his clients with practical and commercially sound advice to help them achieve their objectives.

Hans received an LL.B. (Hons) from the School of Law, King’s College London, in 2013 and is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He has also spent time on secondment to Duane Morris' USA offices (Philadelphia, Chicago and New York) in 2017. Hans is fluent in English and Mandarin.
