Hau Le

advises clients on a variety of matters including foreign investment, corporate, M&A, banking and finance and real property law. Mr. Le also was involved in a number of anti-corruption investigation matters on behalf of multinational clients in Vietnam.

Before joining Duane Morris Vietnam in 2014, Hau Le had worked for two years at an Australian law firm in Vietnam. During his time in Germany, Mr. Le also interned for a German law firm which assisted international clients on inbound investment to Germany and German lenders in their credit provision activities to European borrowers.

A graduate of The Institute for Law and Finance, Frankfurt, Germany in 2013 and The Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2010, Hau Le is a native speaker of Vietnamese and is fluent in English.
