Hayley D. Garscia

Hayley is a senior associate in the Glendale office where her practice areas include environmental defense, toxic tort litigation, employment litigation, and transportation defense. Hayley was admitted to the California Bar in 2015 after she graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While at Loyola, Hayley served on the executive board of Loyola’s International and Comparative Law Review as the Chief Editor of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights Project, where she managed a team of junior staff members and editors that produced comprehensive summaries of cases rendered by the court and ultimately published an online journal and database showcasing those summaries. Also during law school, Hayley was a law clerk to the Honorable Louis Garcia in the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and a legal extern at the Environment Section of the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General. Hayley also provided pro bono services in connection with the Domestic Violence Project of the Los Angeles County Bar Association throughout her time at Loyola Law School. Prior to attending law school, Hayley received her B.A. in both English and Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
