Howard Chen, Co-Chair of the Firm's China Practice, advises international companies doing business in Asia and the United States on intellectual property strategies, licensing negotiation, and litigation arising from intellectual property disputes. With deep knowledge of the business environment in China and strong relationships Asia based enterprises, Howard understands the cultural and business objectives of companies involved in cross-border transactions and litigation matters.
