Iram P. Valentin

Iram P. Valentin is a civil trial attorney, with a practice focus in complex commercial litigation and professional liability defense. Additionally, he has successfully litigated environmental and toxic tort matters. Mr. Valentin has secured several defense jury verdicts on behalf of attorneys and insurance companies. He was selected as a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2014, named to (201) Magazine's List of "Bergen County's Top Lawyers" in Business Litigation in 2011 and recognized on the New Jersey Law Journal 40 under 40 list for 2011. Mr. Valentin is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.

Mr. Valentin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph P. Perfilio, Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County and interned for the Honorable Denny Chin, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, currently appointed to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. A graduate of the Fordham University School of Law, he was a Notes & Articles Editor on the Journal of Corporate & Financial Law. Mr. Valentin is fluent in Spanish.
