Jacquelyn Witt

Jackie Witt is an Associate at the Las Vegas office focusing her practice on complex civil litigation. She enjoys a wealth of litigation experience handling real estate, foreclosure, tax liens, insurance claims, and complex business litigation issues.

Jackie is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law. While in law school, she served as the Articles Editor of the Gaming Law Journal and the Chair of the Native American Law Student Association. Jackie worked as a summer intern for the Department of Interior’s National Indian Gaming Commission in Washington D.C., where her practice focused on issues related to Native American gaming and compliance with the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act. She also completed an externship with the Clark County District Attorney’s Office in Las Vegas.

Prior to law school, Jackie worked as a professional poker player and a real estate agent, providing her with valuable insight into both gaming and real estate related matters.
