James F. Butler, Jr.

James F. Butler, Jr. is an Associate in the firm’s Bonita Springs Office. His practice focuses on condominium and homeowners’ association law, first party property, employment law, general civil litigation, personal law and consumer rights litigation.

Mr. Butler is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts. Mr. Butler received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida with a major in Finance. Mr. Butler received his Juris Doctorate from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Mr. Butler worked at a boutique law firm in Fort Myers focusing on estate planning, Medicaid planning and business law. Mr. Butler is a member of the Lee County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
