Jaroslaw Grzesiak is the Managing Partner in the Warsaw Office of Greenberg Traurig. He has an outstanding record of over 25 years’ experience in capital markets transactions, including equity and bond offerings on Polish and international markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, restructuring and privatization of state-owned companies. He has taken part in the most important transactions that had a major impact on the Polish economy.
