Jarret P. Hitchings

practices in the area of commercial finance, financial restructuring and business bankruptcy, and corporate litigation. Mr. Hitchings regularly represents business debtors, committees, lenders, trustees and creditors in bankruptcy litigation. He also represents agents, lenders and borrowers in financial transactions, and lenders, servicers, corporations and management in connection with governance issues and commercial disputes.

Mr. Hitchings is a 2010 magna cum laude graduate of Villanova University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif, and a 2007 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University.
