Jay M. Bulger

Jay M. Bulger is a partner at Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck, LLP and is licensed to practice law in the states of California and Nevada. He is also admitted to several United States District Courts in California and Nevada.

Jay is a graduate of the University of Georgia, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and is a graduate of California Western School of Law, summa cum laude, with a Juris Doctorate. While attending California Western School of Law, Jay was a writer and the Associate Notes and Comment Editor for the California Western Law Review, and was an intern clerk for the Honorable Irma E. Gonzalez, U.S. District Court, Southern District of California.

Since being admitted to practice in California in 1997 and in Nevada in 2001, Jay has represented clients in construction litigation including construction defect, product liability, lien enforcement, contract disputes, and delay claims. Jay has also represented clients in arbitration and litigation involving personal injury claims related to jobsite injuries, premises liability, chemical exposure, automobile accidents, and product defects. Jay is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Clark County Bar Association, State Bar of California, State Bar of Nevada, and the San Diego Defense Lawyers, where Jay previously served on the Board in 2005 and 2006.

Jay has been married to his wife, Wendy, for 14 years and they have three children, Cate, Will, and Samantha. In addition to spending time with his family, Jay enjoys hiking, running, golf, and tennis.
