Jeffrey Allan Hirsch

Jeffrey Allan Hirsch is a problem-solving litigator with years of experience resolving disputes for high-net-worth individuals and companies through general civil litigation, arbitration and mediation. Jeffrey has represented clients in a wide variety of legal issues including disputes involving contracts, estates, trusts, title insurance, insurance coverage, real estate transactions, financial institutions, fraud, lender liability, and business torts involving breach of fiduciary duties. Jeffrey seeks to partner with clients as trusted business counselor helping them to avoid litigation.

Jeffrey is active in the Florida legal and business community serving on the Executive Council of The Florida Bar’s Business Law Section and as a certified circuit court mediator for the Florida Supreme Court. He has also served in leadership and board roles for Leadership Broward and Leadership Florida.
