Jeffrey E. Beck

Jeff Beck's practice is concentrated in SEC reporting, corporate governance and securities law compliance. He also advises clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, bond and equity financing transactions, and revolving credit facilities. Prior to attending law school, Jeff was a senior audit manager at KPMG LLP in Phoenix, Arizona, and audited some of the largest public companies in Arizona.
