Jenna L. Bouchard

Jenna Bouchard focuses her practice in commercial finance, helping banks, institutional lenders and borrowers negotiate, document and conduct due diligence for complex financial transactions, including commercial lending transactions, asset-based lending and real-estate secured lending. Jenna’s experience includes financing for middle market firms, hotel acquisition and construction, franchise restaurant operators, office and industrial properties, residential condominium and townhome construction, multifamily residential properties and single-family home construction.
