ABOUT Jenna M. Decker
Jenna M. Decker is an Associate in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in labor and employment-related litigation in federal and state courts.
Ms. Decker’s complex litigation practice spans the employment context, including wage and hour disputes, ERISA matters, multi-plaintiff harassment and discrimination litigation, restrictive covenant and trade secrets cases, and ADA Title III nationwide class actions. Ms. Decker draws on her experience at all stages of litigation, including federal trial experience, when strategy is critical to high-stakes litigation.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Decker routinely represents employers before state and federal agencies and in alternative dispute resolution settings. Jenna regularly advises employers on all aspects of the employment relationship including restrictive covenant and wage and hour laws. Ms. Decker conducts workplace investigations and training and assists in policy development and day-to-day counseling on the full range of employment issues for employers of all sizes.
