Jennifer B. Shomshor

Jennifer Shomshor practices in all areas of civil litigation, including defense of general liability, premises liability, product liability, construction defect, and employment claims. She also represents business entities in the defense of contractual matters, including claims of defense and indemnity. Jennifer has years of complex litigation and large exposure experience. She has represented clients at all stages of case management, including deposition, dispositive actions, arbitration, mediation, trial, and appeal.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has provided legal counsel to a wide range of clients and employers, including Fortune 500 companies and Federal Government agencies. She handles cases in state and federal court, and has developed her practice to provide legal advice on matters concerning international law.

Jennifer received her undergraduate degree in Communication from the University of Northern Colorado. She went on to earn a Masters of Nonprofit Management from Regis University in Colorado before pursuing her Juris Doctor at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law. She is licensed to practice in Nevada and the District of Columbia. Jennifer frequently volunteers for various organizations providing services to military veterans.
