Jennifer H. Feldscher

Jennifer H. Feldscher has more than 15 years of complex commercial litigation experience encompassing a wide range of matters and issues. She has extensive experience defending municipalities, employment discrimination cases, and defending professionals across many industries, including insurance agents and brokers, attorneys, financial advisors, real estate professionals, consultants, officers and directors, and miscellaneous professionals. Jennifer is also skilled at handling trial and appellate work in both state and federal courts, as well as before various state and federal agencies, including the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

In addition to handling litigation, Jennifer writes for several of the firm’s publications, including Professional Liability Magazine, Professional Liability Matters , and Employment and Labor Alerts.
