Jennifer Harrison

Jennifer Harrison is an associate in Conway Farrell’s Commercial Real Estate group and focuses on representing institutional lenders in commercial real estate financing. Ms. Harrison is versed in various real estate matters which includes drafting and negotiating commercial loan documents, owner and tenant estoppel letters and SNDA agreements. She also has experience in reviewing commercial leases, reports of title and ALTA/ACSM surveys.

Ms. Harrison brings to her position over eight years of experience in real estate law. Prior to joining Conway Farrell, Ms. Harrison worked as an attorney for a title insurance company. During her years at the title company, Ms. Harrison reviewed title records, entity organizational and estate documents for commercial and residential properties. She also served as lead on the purchase and refinance of numerous multi-million dollar commercial and residential properties with lender market leaders in New York and New Jersey.
