Jennifer Lynne Derrick

JENNIFER L. DERRICK is a graduate of the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a member of the Dean’s Honor List. Ms. Derrick received her Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law, where she received numerous scholastic achievements and was a member of the Traynor Honor Society. During law school, Ms. Derrick was a winner of the International Moot Court Competition. Since becoming a member of the California State Bar in 1996, she has practiced primarily in the workers’ compensation area representing employers, insurers and third-party administrators. Ms. Derrick brings expertise in all aspects of workers’ compensation law, including managing cases within an active carve-out under Labor Code 3201.5. Ms. Derrick has been certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation law. Ms. Derrick speaks conversational Spanish and French and is a member of the Sherman Elementary School PTA. In her spare time, Ms. Derrick enjoys Pilates, food, travel, skiing and rock climbing.
