Jeremy P. Chen

Jeremy P. Chen is a partner at HPM&B. Mr. Chen focuses his practice in general civil litigation, specifically medical malpractice defense, general liability defense, premises liability and products liability. Additionally, Mr. Chen has experience in employment law, civil rights litigation, real property law, environmental law, matrimonial law and appeals. Mr. Chen also has experience in defending dental malpractice claims.

He has argued appeals in both the Appellate Division, First Department and Appellate Division, Third Department. Additionally, he has conducted numerous depositions and drafted countless motions as well as handled matters from inception through trial.

Prior to joining HPM&B, Mr. Chen practiced in Connecticut and Albany, New York at mid-size insurance defense firms.

He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
