Jerry R. Satran

Jerry Satran is a partner with Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck LLP. He grew up in Northern California and graduated from the University of California, Davis in 1992 and from the University San Diego School of Law in 1996. Mr. Satran was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1997. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Northern and Central Districts of California. Mr. Satran began his legal career in San Diego, California, but returned to Northern California in 2005 to open and manage the Northern California office of KNCH.

Mr. Satran handles a wide variety of litigation including business disputes, breach of contract claims, construction defect, general liability, real estate, contractor lien and bond claims, construction accidents, toxic tort litigation and mortgage disputes.

He also handles a full spectrum of transactional matters including business and corporate formation, real estate transactions, contract preparation and licensing compliance.

As part of his administrative law practice, Mr. Satran has extensive experience before both the Department of Real Estate and the Contractors State License Board.

Mr. Satran has significant trial experience, having prepared for and conducted numerous trials and arbitrations. He is also very experienced in ADR, including mediation, settlement conferences, and non-binding arbitrations.

When away from work, he enjoys spending time with his children, hunting, fishing, hiking, camping and golf.
