Jesse A. Lubin

Jesse A. Lubin joined the firm in 2016 as an associate and currently represents physicians, hospitals, and nurses in all aspects of pre-trial litigation for medical malpractice actions.

Prior to joining HPM&B, Jesse worked in the area of insurance defense, handling all aspects of litigation for several national insurance companies in the Civil, District and Supreme Courts of New York.

Additionally, Jesse was an Agency Attorney for the Administration for Children's Services (ACS). There, he handled and tried numerous child abuse and neglect cases from inception to trial, which involved working with a variety of witnesses including medical experts. He also held a position within ACS where he was responsible for researching various issues relating to internal policies and the interplay between ACS and other City and State officials and agencies, as well as assisting City Attorneys with preparing for all litigation relating to matters involving ACS.
