Jill A. Mucerino

Jill Mucerino is senior counsel in WSHB’s New Jersey office, focusing her practice on the defense of developers and contractors in complex construction defect litigation and in handling professional malpractice claims. She is also well versed in all facets of claims involving consumer fraud and alter ego liability, as well as claims made by condominium and homeowner associations that are subject to the New Jersey Condominium Act and the Planned Real Estate Development Full Disclosure Act (PREDFDA). Further, Jill has experience in the fields of insurance coverage and personal injury litigation, including but not limited to construction site accident and premises liability cases.

Jill attended New England Law in Boston, Massachusetts and obtained her J.D. in 2010. While in law school, Jill worked at a large Boston-based firm, where she assisted and shadowed the firm’s partners in the defense of product liability lawsuits against sporting goods and construction equipment manufacturers and in handling construction defect suits. Jill was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2010. Since that time, she has successfully represented a multitude of businesses in matters in which the claims were valued in the millions. In 2014, Jill was selected to be a Regional Associate with the Women’s Construction Litigation Alliance, a non-profit public benefit corporation that supports and encourages women in construction litigation. She is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, DRI, and the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association. Jill has completed OSHA training and received an OSHA certification.
