Jim L. Zoellner

Jim L. Zoellner, a certified specialist in workers’ compensation law, has over 30 years of claims-handling and litigation experience, both in-house and in private practice. He focuses on counseling and defending insurers, third-party administrators, and large self-insured employers across a variety of industries, representing his clients at all levels of hearings before the California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and Appellate Courts. He advises clients in all aspects of workers’ compensation claims-handling and litigation, from the inception of a claim to its conclusion.

Jim draws on experience as the former managing partner of Floyd Skeren Manukian Langevin and hearing representative for Pacific States Casualty Company. His career in workers’ compensation began in 1984, when he worked as a claims representative for Travelers Insurance Company.
