Jodi A. Buratti

Jodi Buratti is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on complex litigation, including toxic torts, product liability and warranty matters.

Ms. Buratti represents companies in the automotive and consumer products industries. She has served as national and local counsel for multi-national corporations in state court, multi-district litigation, and arbitrations.

Ms. Buratti serves as national supervisory counsel for several international automobile manufacturers. In this role, she coordinates and directs all national investigations, and develops global and national defenses and strategy. She has developed and cultivated numerous experts and corporate witnesses for deposition and trial. She also selects and supervises local counsel, retains investigators and consultants, and determines budgets consistent with national strategy.

Ms. Buratti also has experience with regulatory matters involving the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and various state motor vehicle agencies, particularly with respect to manufacturer-dealer issues. In addition, she has participated in seminars involving toxic torts and the Transportation Recall Enhancement Accountability and Documentation (“TREAD”) Act.
