• Defending a national bank as trustee of reinsurance trust in federal district court.

• Representing a national bank as trustee of citizen aircraft trust in trust instruction proceedings.

• Defended corporation in a dispute involving financial technology solutions for the banking industry, including the prosecution of counterclaims for fraud and breach of fiduciary duty.°

Commercial Litigation

• Representing an international medical technology company in a dispute with a former sales agent.

• Trial counsel for defendant in a shareholder dispute in Illinois state court relating to alleged mismanagement of real estate ventures.°

Intellectual Property Litigation

• Represented defendant in a dispute over the trademark MENUDO in Florida federal court.°

• Represented a U.S.-based IT consulting firm in a business and copyright dispute with an overseas outsourcing affiliate in Illinois federal court.°

• Represented trademark owner in a trademark infringement action in Illinois federal court and the Seventh Circuit.°
