John Coleman

John Coleman is a partner in the firm’s Miami and Naples offices. His areas of practice include civil, nursing home, medical malpractice, premises liability and commercial litigation for the firm. He manages the long term care litigation group for the firm.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University, and a Juris Doctor from University of Miami School of Law. Honors and distinctions received while in law school included: research and writing editor for The University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review; Who’s Who Among American Law Students; and winner of the American Jurisprudence Book Award in contracts.

Mr. Coleman is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Florida and all courts within the State of Florida. He is also admitted to practice in Tennessee. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Dade County Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association.

Mr. Coleman was named as a Top Lawyer by Florida Trend Magazine (2006-2013). Mr. Coleman was also named as Florida Rising Star in Florida SuperLawyers Magazine in 2010.
