John M. Nolan

John M. Nolan is Office Managing Principal of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He is Co-Leader of the firm's General Employment Litigation practice group.

Mr. Nolan is an experienced trial attorney, having tried over 85 jury and non-jury cases to verdict in various federal and state courts, as well as administrative tribunals. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, he was an Assistant District Attorney in New York and was a senior associate at a large, full-service law firm in central New Jersey. Mr. Nolan has extensive experience litigating and trying all types of employment-related lawsuits in courts throughout the country.
