John W. Sulau

John W. Sulau is an Associate in the Greenville, South Carolina office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He practices employment litigation, representing management in claims involving ERISA, Title VII, and the ADA, among other areas.

Before joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. Sulau was an attorney at South Carolina Legal Services. His practice consisted of a wide array of civil litigation areas, including employment law, family law, and collections defense. Prior to enrolling in law school, Mr. Sulau worked in marketing in the Greenville business community.

While attending law school, Mr. Sulau was a member of the Order of the Crown Honors Society, the Senior Symposium Editor of the Charlotte Law Review, and the recipient of the Charlotte Law Leadership Award for his service to and leadership in the Law Review and the student body. While in college, he worked for South Carolina’s football team under then-Head Coach Lou Holtz.
