Jonathan Goldman

Jonathan Goldman is the founder and owner of J.G. Law. Born and raised in Michigan, Jonathan has developed and retained a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others that has resulted in the respect of his peers and the trust of his clients.

Jonathan obtained his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Michigan State University. He then attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he graduated with his J.D. (Juris Doctorate) in December of 2010.

After completing his education, Jonathan moved to Colorado where he began practicing law. His first year was focused primarily on tax law, where he helped his clients free themselves from tax debt at the State and Federal levels. Next, Jonathan joined Goldman Law, a family law firm, to work with his brother, Scott. During those years, Jonathan’s passion for helping others was put on display as he advocated for his clients.

Jonathan’s 8+ years of experience as a family law attorney have allowed him to make a real difference in the lives of his clients, helping each of them through several related legal issues, including divorce, child custody, adoption, child support, annulment, pre-nuptial agreements, and child and protective services cases.

After nearly a decade as a practicing attorney, Jonathan’s clients find him to be easy-going, sympathetic, and pleasant to converse with. More importantly, he has come to value honesty and integrity, and is able to empathize with his clients, which allows for a transparent line of communication.

When Jonathan is not practicing law, he is first and foremost a devoted father and husband. Jonathan met his wife, Nicki, while in Colorado. They were married in 2015. Jonathan and Nicki decided to move back to Green Bay (where Nicki is from) with their expanding family in 2019. In addition to spending time with his two beautiful daughters, Jonathan can be found cooking, traveling, being outdoors, and enjoying all things sports!
