Jonathan H. Geneus

Jonathan H. Geneus is an Associate in the Denver, Colorado, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Mr. Geneus has represented employers in various disputes, including those alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour compliance issues. Mr. Geneus partners with clients to learn their business and identify the methods that are the most important to reach their objectives; and he works to understand the intentions and motives of the decision makers on both sides of an issue to leverage practical results for clients. He also conducts workplace investigations and counsels employers on protective measures to avoid litigation and limit exposure such as employee handbooks and training.

While attending the University of Colorado Law School, Mr. Geneus served as a member of the Colorado Technology Law Journal and vice president of the Black Law Students Association.
