Jonathan I. Lessner focuses his practice on a broad range of transactional matters, including the delivery of Delaware third-party legal opinions, true sale opinions, non-consolidation opinions, corporate trust services, secured transactions, commercial lending, mergers and acquisitions, insurance law, and venture capital investments.
