Jose F. Campos

Jose F. Campos is a partner in the firm’s Ft. Lauderdale West office. Mr. Campos primarily focuses his practice in the area of general civil litigation, including First Party Property.

Mr. Campos received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2008 from the University of Miami. In 2013, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law where he made several appearances on Dean’s List and was honored for his academic achievement in the subject of Intellectual Property by receiving a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for obtaining the highest grade in the course.

Prior to joining CSK, Mr. Campos’ practice focused on the representation of corporate and individual clients in business litigation, along with transactional matters. His litigation experience includes matters relating to commercial litigation, construction litigation, landlord-tenant litigation, labor & employment litigation, premise liability, probate matters, and extensive mediation practice. His transactional experience includes drafting asset purchase and/or transfer contracts, employment-related contracts, company operating agreements and memorandums of understanding, estate-planning documents, immigration matters, franchise agreements, security agreements, and conducting due diligence for clients prior to a major transaction with a focus on reducing exposure to risk.

Mr. Campos is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Campos is fluent in Spanish.
