ABOUT Joseph A. Saccomano, Jr.

Joseph Saccomano is Office Managing Principal of the White Plains, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He formerly served on the firm's Management Committee.

Since joining the firm in 1988, Mr. Saccomano has litigated cases before state and federal courts, various civil rights agencies, and the National Labor Relations Board. He has represented public and private employers in employment discrimination matters. He recently represented a public employer in a reverse discrimination case filed under Title VII. His trial experience includes matters brought under state law, federal law, and the United States Constitution.

While attending law school, he was the Senior Articles Editor of the Pace Law School Law Review.
