Joseph P. Griffith

Joe Griffith is a shareholder in the Dallas office of Greenberg Traurig, LLP. As an accomplished litigator, Joe has experience in a wide range of health care, product liability, business litigation and complex commercial disputes. His trial practice is national, extending to both federal and state courts across the country. A Past-President of the Dallas Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, Joe is a frequent speaker on issues relating to trial strategy and federal court practice.

Joe is AV Peer Review Rated Preeminent (5.0/5.0) by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. In addition to his professional practice, Joe is a civic leader and has been involved in numerous bar association activities. He is an active leader of the Federal Bar Association on a local and national level. Most notably, Joe is a Past-President of the Dallas Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Nationally, Joe was recently appointed by The Honorable Gustavo Gelpi (D. P.R.) to serve on the Federal Bar Association’s Government Relations Committee.

By understanding his clients’ business objectives, Joe works with his clients to create and manage a strategic and cost-effective plan at the outset of business disputes. He has wide-ranging experience with alternative fee arrangements, which are tailored to fit the unique goals of each of his clients.

Following law school, Joe served as a law clerk to the Honorable Frank Montalvo of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
